A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING.ZASEMENT DEED TO THE.CITY OF WEST COVINA
(Hepner).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from Renjamin-Franklyn Hepner-amd Martha Lucille
Hepner, husband and wife, that certain.Easement Deed dated'February
• 16,1956, covering an -easement -for sanitary'sewer purposes in, over,
across and through that certain real property in said City of West
Covina and more particularly described -in -said -easement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular--meeting--of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the727th day of February, 1956, by the affirmative vote of
at least three Councilmen, to wit:
