A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING: EAS- MENT DEED TO THE. CITY OF 'WEST COVINA
(Hepner Development Corp).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That -,the -City of West Covina., a, municipal
corporation, accept -from Hepner Development Corp., a. corporation,
that certain,Easement Deed -dated February 16,1956, covering an
• easement for sanitary sewer,purposea�in, over, acrossandthrough
that certain real property in,said City of West Covina and more
particularly described in said easement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY .CERTIFY that the foregoing -Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting -ofthe City Council of the --City of West Covina,
held on the 27th day of February, 1956,. by the affirmative vote of
at least three Councilmen, to wit:
