A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF- WEST- COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASENUT . GRANT . DEED,; COVERING REAL PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR 'DRAINAGE PURPOSES (Benapfl).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SBCTION.1. That the City of West Covina accept from John R.
Benapfl and Janice J. Benapfl, husband and wife, Grant Deed dated
February 119 19569 granting -to the City of West Covina an .easement
for drainage purposes in, over and across that certain real property
in the City of West Covina, more particularly described in said
Easement Deed.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a; regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 27th day of February, 1956, by the affirmative vote of
at least three Councilmen, to wit:
