A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED TO THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
(Hotchkiss).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from E. G. Hotchkiss that certain Easement
Deed dated February 2nd. 1956, covering an easement for sanitary
sewer purposes in, over, across and through that certain real
property in said City of Pest Covina and more particularly des-
cribed in said easement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 14th day of February, 1956, by the affirmative vote of
at least three Councilmen, to wit:,
