A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA 9 ACCEPTING 2AS-MENT GRANT DEED . COVERING REAL PROPERTY
IN THE, CITY OF WEST COVINA FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSE (Myers-Smith,Inc) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina. accept from Myers-
Smith,Inc., a corporation, Grant Deed dated January 11, 19569
granting to the City of West Covina an easement for drainage purposes
in, over and across that certain real property in the City of West
Covina, more particularly described in said Easement Deed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 6th day of February, 1956, by the affirmative
vote of at 1ea,st three Councilmen, to wit:
