A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED COVERING . REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, FOR STREET _AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES (Wood).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina accept from Eugene L.
Wood and Louise E. Wood, husband and wife, Grant Deed dated January 31,
1956, granting to the City of West Covina that certain real property
• in the City of 'West Covina, more particularly described in said
Grant Deed, for street and highway purposes, said real property to
become and be a part of the public street system of said City and to
be known as and denominated California Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at
an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina, held on the 6th day of February, 1956, by -the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
