A RESOLUTION OF THE "CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FOR STREET AND . HIGHWAY PURPOSES CERTAIN
REAL -PROPERTY HERETOFORE GRANTED AND CONVEYED TO SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY DETERMINE,
ORDER AND RESOLVE AS . FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the City of West Covina ha.s heretofore
accepted Grant Deed covering and conveying to said City the following
described real property, to wit:
• Lot No.33 of Tract No.192679 recorded in Map Book 484,pages 42
and 43, Records in the office of County Recorder,Los.Angeles County
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does hereby determine, order and resolve that the aforesaid real
property, as described therein, be and the same is hereby accepted
/for street and highway purposes and to be and become a part of the
street system of said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said Lot 33 shall
be denominated and known as Phillips Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
• at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 6th day of February, 1956, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
