A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA 9 ACCEPTING EASaI.ENT DEED TO THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
(Villela).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of West Covina, a municipal
corporation, accept from Louis P. VilleRa and Hazel V.VilleILa
_ that certain easement dated December 30th 1955, covering an ease-
ment for storm drain purposes over that certain real property in
said City of West Covina and more particularly described in said
easement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina,
held on the 23rd day of January, 1956, by the affirmative vote of
a.t least three Councilmen, to wit:
