PROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Precise Plan No.34
Section 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed Ttq(q/t/Vo ------------------------- has heretofore been approved
by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as
• follows: the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and appurten-
ant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the office of the City Engineer;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made in said Tract
shall be completed within one year from the date of said bond.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
