COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That that certain deed dated January 22, 1947 executed by Richard
Millar, .for a'valuable consideration, granting to the City of West
Covina, a.municipal corporation.a perpetual easement and/or right of
..way over that certain real property situate in the City of West Covina,
0 County of Los Angeles, State of California, and more particularly
described in said deed, be and the same is hereby accepted by said
City of West Covina.
