THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That that certain Grant Deed dated September 26, 19472 executed
by Truman R. Johnson, Eva A, Johnson, husband and wife, and Leopold
v. Zwanenberg and Maud H. v. Zwanenberg, husband and wife, giving
and granting to the City of West Covina, a Municipal Corporation,
that certain lot situated in the .City of West Covina, County of
Los -Angeles, State of California, and more particularly described in
) I said Grant Deed, be and the same is hereby accepted by said City of
West Covina,
T,he,City Clerk shall certify to the adoption.of this Resolution.
