RE' SOLUTION NO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
14,HEREAS, the subdivider of that, certain subdivision known as
Tract No. 14250 In the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of Californiao has requested said city to accept the street
improve -Tents on said Tract;
AND WHEREAS, said subdivider has failed to complete the fire
hydrants of said street improvements In accordance with the approved
plane and profiles of said Tract;
AND WHEREAS,
HEREAS, said subdivider has paid theGarnier Cr onstuction Co.,
Puente, California, the sum of $221401 in accordance with the approved
estimate for the completion of said fire hydrants;
NCW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that said street improvements be
and the same are hereby accepted by said city and, the bond filed as a
guarantee for the completion of said street imp . rove,m'ents, be and the
same is hereby released to said subdivider,
