Resolution - 111RESOLUTION NO.
THE dITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the,subdivider of that certain subdivision known as
Tract No. 13976 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, has requested said City to accept the street
improvements on said Tract; and whereas, said subdivider has completed
said street improvements in accordance with the approved plans, profiles
and changes therein of said Tract;
NOW _ THEREFORE,Be it resolved that .said street improvements be
and the same are hereby accepted by said City and that the bond
filed as a guarantee for the completion of said street improvements,
be and the same is hereby released to said' subdivider.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
