THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: '
WHEREAS, the subdividers of that certain subdivision known as
Tract No. 14575 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, have requested said city to accept the street improvements
�n said Tract;
AND WHEREAS, said subdividers have failed to install the fire hydrants
of said street improvements in accordance with the approved plans and
profiles of said Tract;
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the subdividers be and the same
are hereby required to pay to the City of West Covina, the sum of $473.70
for having failed to complete improvements in compliance with said plans
and profiles.
NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, subjectto the payment of said amount of
$473.70 to said City, that said street improvements be and the same are
hereby accepted by said City and the bond filed, as a guarantee for the
completion of said street improvements, be and the same is hereby released
to said subdividers.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
