THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVEIAS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the subdivider ofj that certain subdivision known as Tract
No. 14265 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, has requested -said city to accept the street improvements on
said Tract;
AND WHEREAS, said subdivider has failed to complete said street
�provements in accordance with the approved plans and profiles of
said Tract;
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Subdivider be and the same
is hereby required tv...pay to the City of West, Covina,- the sum of $130.11
for having failed to complete improvements in compliance with said plans
and Profiles.
NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, subject to'the payment of said sum of
$130.11 to said City, that said street improvements be and the same are
hereby accepted by said City and the surety bond filed, as a guarantee
for the Completion of said street improvements, be and the same is hereby
released to said subdivider.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
