THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
�COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the subdivider of that certain Subdivision known as Tract
-Noe ' 13867 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, has requested said City to accept the street improvements on
id Tract;
AND,WHEREAS, said subdivider has failed to complete said street
improvements in accordance with the approved Plans and"Profiles of said
Tract; J
NOW THEREFORE, Be It resolved that the subdivider be and the same
is,hereby required to pay to the,City of West Covina the amount of $353.32
for having failed to complete improvements in compliance with said,Plans
and Profiles.
NOW BE IT Further Resolved,,subject to the payment of said amount of
$353.32 to said City, that said street improvements be and the same are
hereby accepted by said,city and the bond filed-, as a guarantee for the
completion of said street improvements, be and the same is,hereby released
to said subdivider,'
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Passed, approved and adopted this 7T day of June, 1947'.
