eyv'l THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the subdivider of that certain Subdivision known as"T^ract
No. 12595 in the City of West Covina; County of Los Angeles, State of
California, has requested said city to accept the street improvements on
said Tract;
y AND VEREAS, said.subd.ivider has failed to complete said street
improvements in accordance with the approved Plans and Profiles of said
"Tract;
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the subdivider be and the same' is
hereby- required to pay to the City of +test Covina, the amount of $210�QO
for -having failed to complete improvements in compliance with said Plans
and Profiles. I ,
NOW BE IT Further Resolved, subject to the payment of said amount
of $210600 to said City, that said street improvements be and the same
are hereby accepted by said city and the bond filed, as a guarantee for
the completion of said street -improvements, be and the same is hereby
released to said subdivider,
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this. Resolution.
