WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION NO,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES HEREBY.,RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
the subdivider of that,certa.in Subdivision known as Tract
No. 12292 in tie City of'iWest Covina, County. of Los Angeles, State of
California, ha`s.-requested" said city to- accept the street, improvements. on
�.id Tract;
AND WHEREAS, said subdivider has failed to' complete said street
improvements in accordance with the approved Plans and. Profiles of said
Tract;
NOW THEREFORE, Be It resolved that the subdivider be 'and the same is
hereby required to pay to the City of West Covina, the amount of $67.02
for having failed to complete improvements in compliance with said Plans
and Profiles.
NOW BE IT Further Resolved, subject to the payment of said amount
of 67o0_�Ito said City, that said,street improvements',be and the same
are hereby accepted by said city and the bond filed, as a guarantee "for
the completion of said street improvements, be and' the: same, is hereby
released to said subdivider, -
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
