that on the opening of the Safe Deposit box rented by the City of West
Covina at the Covina National Bank that at least two of the officers and
employees of the City named below shall be present at the opening. Be
it also resolved th_at,th_e.officers and employees so authorized to attend
the openings of the said safe deposit box are the Mayor, the City Clerk,
the City Treasurer and the Official Auditor Appointed by the City.
