NOTICE OF MISSING RESOLUTION
Noted this 17th day of February 19 83 the
following RESOLUTION NO. 92 , entitled Be it resolved that
the City Treasurer be authorized to -open an account with the Covina
National Bank of Covina California to accommodate the funds received from
the U.S. Government as a loan to help finance the planning of the pro-
posed Municipal Water System by the City. The said account to be called
"City of West Covina Municipal Water Plan Fund." Also be it resolved
that all checks issued on this account must be signed by the Mayor, City
Clerk and City Treasurer or a substitute for any of these officers appoint-
ed by the City Council. was adopted/49r4V44
by the City Council on the 22nd day of November
. 19 46 .
