THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF daST COVII;'A DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS

THAT �rHEREAS the City Council of the City of 44est Covina has,

this 7th day of May, 194-6, received a verified written petition for
8
the annexation of the hereinafter described uninhabited.territory
9
by the City of West Covina, and

WHEREAS, said petition was signed by the owners of not less
11
than one-fourth of the area of the land in such territory, to wit,
12
all the owners, and was signed by the owners representing not less
13
than one-fourth of the assessed value of such territory according
14
to the last preceding equalized assessment roll of the County in
15
which said territory is situated, to wit, the entire value, and
16
dHEiEAS said territory is contiguous to the City of 'Ll4est Cov-

ir_a, being situated in the County of Los Angeles, State of Califor-
18
nia, and being more particularly described as follows:

Parcel A. That portion of Lot 116 in Tract No. 930 in the
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map thereof re-

corded in Book 17, pages 38 and 39 of daps in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at

a point in the Easterly line of Citrus Street bearing North 1 degreE
041 East, 2.92 feet from the intersection of said easterly line

with the southerly line of Vine Avenue as described in a deed to
said County recorded in Book 6134, page 200 of Deeds and running
