Resolution of the City Council of the City of ;pest Covina, Calif .
approving memorandum of agreement for expenditure of 1/4 cent (lam
Tax allocated for State Highway®.
Whereas,the Mate of California through its Department of Public
V[crks,Division of Highways,has presented a memorandum of agreement
in accordance with a roject statement submitted by the City for,
expenditure of the 1//P4 cent gas tax for the 1945-47 biennium
allocated for State Highways in the City of West Covina; and
�,Ifhereas,the City Council has heard read said agreement in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
Therefore.be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
West Covina that said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas
tax allocated for Mate Highways be and the same is hereby approved and
the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign same on behalf
of the R&d City.
