Be it resolved by the City Council of West Covina,California
that the City Treasurer of said City be authorized to instruct
the Bank of Americain Coviria.1092ifornia that they have per-
mission of said City Council to wIthdraw $10,000.00 of the
$15,000.00 bonds that they have on depoiit to secure bank
balance of said City. The reason being that at the present
time the balance on deposit in said bank by said City is
less than $500.00/

Mossberg'.
