Notice is hereby given that a special election is called by
the City Council Council of West Covina to be held on Tuedday,
May 1g, 1943, for the purpose of inviting all electors of said
city to vote for or against the disincorporation of said city, by
placing upon the ballot the cross as specified by law after the
words, "for disincorporation" or"against disincorporation".
The polling --.place where said ballots shall be casf'by the
electors is the Police Station of said city, located at 361
West State Highway, West Covina, California.
The polls will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
The election board shall consist of the following officers:
Ralph Lang, Inspector.
Mrs. Elizabeth Johns, Judge.
Mrs. Iris Smith, Clerk.
Mrs. Cora Wald -rip, Clerk.
