Covina, held A -In January 14th, lV42t the -following Re-
solution was offered by L. Reggt and unaniraously adopt-
ed:

entered into an agreement with the Department or High—
way or the state or California, on or about Karch 27#
1940, accepting a map of the proposed State Highway
through 'West. Covina, and the location of crossings, and
under-paseea, and bulb type under -passes, at the Inter-
section of certain streets in West Govina with the State
rUghway,, and
zmEAst ofricials or the State Highway Department,
now request a modification insaidagreement of March 27,
1940,

tion which provides the rallowing cttanges:
I- Changes design at Srwindale Avenue from a bulb
type to an under -pass.

. 3- Adds an addl-tional bulb type improve.pent at the
Intersection or orange Avenue and State Highway.
4- Arid substitutes a now map or plat,, marked ex:.-Libit
