A RESOLUTION TO ZXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMONT
• OF PUBLIC WORKS ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE' DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOL-VrD that the City Council of the City of
West Covina enter into that certain agreement dated Mexch 27, 1940#
with the Department of Public Works acting by and through the Di-
vision of Highways of the State of Oalifornia wherein the city agrees
that the grade of certain streets in said City where the same intersect
the State Highway may be changed by and at the expense of said Di-
vision of 11lighways to conform to the requirements In improving said
'State Highway into a Freeway in accordance with the provisions of said
agreement, a copy of which is filed with the City Clerk of said City$,. -

BE IT �I]RrA-2.ql RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
Of West Covina are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
