THAT, 'a HERTAS, Yany property owners in the City of
West Oovina, California, are burdened. with excessive taxes
under bonds of adquisi Lion and, Improvement District No. 59
for the improvement of Arroyo Drive in nest Covina; NOW
THEREFORE,
BEE IT RoSOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of West Covina hereby
request the Road of Supervisors of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, to assume the payment of 010,750.00 on the Bonds of
Acquisition and Improvement District No. 59 in said Countys
said. amount 'being approximately one-half the balance still
due on said bonds.
