AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 22-132 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO DECREASES OF STATE
LAW MAXIMUM SPEEDS
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22-132 of the West Covina Municipal Code is amended such that the sub-
paragraphs labeled Aroma Drive from Azusa Avenue to Galster Way and Aroma
Drive from Galster Way to Fairgrove drive are deleted; and that the following
sub -paragraph is inserted:
Aroma Drive from Azusa Avenue to Fairgrove Drive = 35 mph
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause
the same to be published as required by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 2nd day of September, 2008.
