AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 2-409
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE SCHEDULE
OF FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES
• WHEREAS, to enable the City Council to implement fees and charges for recreational
programming and services, it is imperative that the applicable section of the
West Covina Municipal Code include or modify the recovery percentages of
these items in its listing of regulations, products, or services.
WHEREAS, the appropriate fee amount is set by resolution and can be amended from time to
time.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Line items S-103, S-105, S-106, S-110, S-111, S-117, S-118 and S-121
of Roman Numeral III of the Chart in Section 2-409 of the West Covina Municipal Code are
hereby amended to read as follows, and Line items S-123.1 and S-123.2 are hereby added to
the West Covina Municipal Code to read as follows:
