AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 126 REGARDING THE TERM OF
WATER FRANCHISES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds that the change corrects the City's Ordinance to current practice.
2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 126 is amended to read as follows:
Section 2. The term of the Franchise shall be indefinite as set out in Public Utilities §
6264.
3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 126, as amended by Ordinance No. 202, shall
remain the same.
4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days from the date of its adoption.
