AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
AMENDING CHAPTER 25, SECTION 25-37, RELATING TO VEHICLE FOR
HIRE OWNER PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows:
• Section 1. Section 25-37, application for owner's permit; forms
and information is hereby amended to read as follows:
(f) The applicant shall pay to the license collector a fee to
be established by resolution.
Section 2. Effective date.
This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from the date of its
adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to.be published in a manner required
by law.
