AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
SECTION 22-132 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO DECREASES OF STATE LAW
MAXIMUM SPEEDS.
• The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That subparagraph labeled Grand Avenue
between northerly and southerly city limits be amended to read:
Grand Avenue Avenue between the I-10 eastbound
ramps and the Southerly City Limits (45 MPH)
SECTION 2. That the subparagraph labeled Grand Avenue
between the Northerly City Limits and the I-10 eastbound ramps be
added to read:
Grand Avenue between the I-10 eastbound
ramps and the Northerly City Limits (40 MPH).
SECTION 3. That the subparagraph labeled Sunset Avenue
from Workman to Cameron Avenue (35 MPH) be deleted.
SECTION 4. That the suparagraph labeled Sunset Avenue
from Cameron Avenue to the Southerly City Limits be amended to
read :
Sunset Avenue from Workman Avenue to the
Southerly City Limits (40 MPH).
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
