ORDINANCE 1795
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS
22-131 AND 22-132 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO INCREASES OF STATE LAW MAXIMUM
• SPEEDS.
The City council of the City of. West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the subparagraph labeled Lark Ellen
Avenue from the southerly City Limits to Garvey Avenue be amended
to read:
Lark Ellen Avenue from the southerly City Limits to
Garvey Avenue (40 MPH).
SECTION 2. That the subparagraph labeled Lark Ellen
from Workman to Rowland Avenue be amended to read:
Lark Ellen Avenue from Workman to Rowland Avenue
(40 MPH).
SECTION 3. That the subparagraph labeled Puente Avenue
from the westerly City Limits to Azusa Avenue be amended to read:
Puente Avenue from the Westerly City Limits (40 MPH).
SECTION 4. That the subparagraph labeled Puente
Avenue from Azusa Avenue to the easterly City Limits be amended
to read:
Puente Avenue from Azusa Avenue to the westerly City
Limits (35 MPH).
SECTION 5. That the subparagraph labeled Lark Ellen
Avenue from Garvey to Workman Avenue and from Rowland Avenue to
North City Limits be amended to read:
Lark Ellen Avenue from Garvey to Workman Avenue and
from Rowland Avenue to North City Limits (40 MPH).
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
