AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS
22-131 AND 22-132 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO INCREASES AND DECREASES OF
STATE LAW MAXIMUM SPEEDS.
The City Council of the City of West covina does ordain
• as follows:
SECTION 1: That the West Covina Municipal Code Section
22-131 be amended by amending the subparagraph labeled Cherrywood
Street from Garvey Avenue South to Norma Avenue to read:
Cherrywood Street from Garvey Avenue South to
Norma Avenue. (35 MPH)
SECTION 2: That the West Covina Municipal Code Section
22-131 be amended by amending the subparagraph labeled Norma
Avenue from Calvados to Citrus Street to read:
Norma Avenue from Calvados Avenue to Citrus
Street. (35 MPH)
SECTION 3: That the West Covina Municipal Code Section
22-131 be amended by amending the subparagraph labeled Calvados
Avenue from Garvey Avenue South to Norma Avenue to read:
Calvados Avenue from Garvey Avenue South to
Norma Avenue. (35 MPH)
SECTION 4: That the West Covina Municipal Code Section
22-132 be amended by amending the subparagraph labeled Garvey
Avenue South from the westerly City Limit to Orange Avenue; from
West Covina Parkway to Sunset Avenue; and from Fircroft Street to
Calvados Avenue to read:
Garvey Avenue South from the westerly City Limit
to Orange Avenue, from West Covina Parkway to
Sunset Avenue and from Lark Ellen Avenue to
Azusa Avenue. (40 MPH)
SECTION 5: That the West Covina Municipal Code Section
22-132 be amended by amending the subparagraph labeled Garvey
Avenue South from State Street to Fircroft Street and from Citrus
Street to Holt Avenue to read:
Garvey Avenue South from Vincent Avenue to
Lark Ellen Avenue and from Azusa Avenue to
Holt Avenue. (35 MPH)
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
