AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 16-17 (c) DEALING WITH PARK CLOSURE TIME.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 16-17 (c) of the West Covina
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
(c) Unlawful acts: Remain, stay or loiter in any
park, or building therein, between the hours
of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day,
without special permission from the director
of recreation and parks, or his authorized
representative;.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished as required by law.
