AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
22-132 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO DECREASES OF STATE LAW MAXIMUM
SPEEDS.
• The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the subparagraph labeled Nogales Street
from Valley Boulevard to the City Limits be amended to read:
Nogales Street from Valley Boulevard to La Puente
Road (40 MPH) .
SECTION 2. That the West Covina Municipal Code be amended
by adding a subparagraph labeled Nogales Street from La Puente Road
to Amar Road to read:
Nogales Street from La Puente Road to Amar Road
(50 MPH) .
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of October , 1986.
