Ordinance - 1719• ORDINANCE NO. 1719 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 2-126 OF DIVISION 6, ARTICLE III, CHAPTER 2 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, AMENDING THE TRANSITION/WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMISSION. The City Council of the City of West Covina, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION NO. 1: Section 20126 of Division 6, Article III, Chapter 2 of the West Covina Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: SEC. 2-126. Created; Composition. The Transition/Waste Management Commission is hereby created. The Transition/Waste Management. Commission shall consist of five (5) members, all of whom shall be residents of the City and appointed by the City Council. SECTION NO. 2: The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
