AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, AMENDING SECTION 14-68 OF THE WEST COVINA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 14-68, Category Code P:PII of the West Covina Municipal
ode is hereby amended by adding the following to the list of services therein defined:
"Fortune Teller
Hypnotherapist
Masseur, Masseuse"
SECTION 2. Section 14-68, Category Code P:PII of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting the following from the list of services therein defined:
"Swimming pool maintenance"
SECTION 3. Section 14-68, Category Code P:PI of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting the following from the list of professions therein
defined:
"Appraiser"
SECTION 4. Section 14-68, Category Code S21 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"21. Service Vehicles
(a) Carpet Cleaners.
(b) Janitorial Services.
(c) Swimming Pool Maintenance.
SECTION 5. The Provisions of this ordinance shall take effect 30 days
after its adoption.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in a manner required by law.
