AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ADDING SECTION 3-2
TO THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ADVERTISING VEHICLE PARKING AND DESIG-
NATING VIOLATIONS THEREOF AS INFRACTIONS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the West Covina Municipal Code
Section 3-2 be added to read:
No person shall park or leave standing any advertising
vending vehicle within 1000 feet from the closest
school property boundary on any day when school is in
session.
SECTION 2. That the West Covina Municipal Code
Section 1-37.1 Violation, infraction be amended to include Sec-
tion 3-2 in the subparagraph labeled Chapter 3 - Advertising.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
as required by law.
