Ordinance - 1663ORDINANCE NO. 1663 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 26, ARTICLES X, XI, AND XII, SECTIONS 26-573, 26-597 AND 26-273 AS THEY RELATE TO THE PLANNED ADMINISTRATIVE RESEARCH (PAR) ZONE, STORAGE LOTS AND MINI -WAREHOUSES, AND NONMEDICAL CARE • FACILITIES, RESPECTIVELY. (AMENDMENT NO. 194) The City council of the City of West Covina, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION NO. 1: Chapter 26, Article X, Section 26-573 of the Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: Section 26-573. Site size. All sites shall conform to the dimensions set forth in this section. A development or center may, however, be a combination of many parcels totalling at least the required site size, but its design must be integrated and unified. Said number of six (6) persons shall be in addition to the related family members living with the person on the residential premises where such use is conducted. SECTION NO. 4: The City Council finds and determines said Amendment to the Municipal Code is a minor modification to City's Zoning Ordinance and is, therefore, categorically exempt (Class 5) from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (CEQA). that the • SECTION NO. 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
