AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
22-189 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATED TO VEHICLE HEIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
• as follows:
SECTION 1. That the reserved section of West Covina
Municipal Code Section 22-189 be amended to read:
Section 22-189: Vehicle Height Parking Restriction
When it has been determined by the Traffic Committee to be
necessary for the welfare of the general public, it shall be
unlawful for any person to stand or park any vehicle which is six
(6) feet or more in height (including any load thereon) within
100 feet of any intersection, on certain streets or highways or
portions thereof, during all or certain hours of the day.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
