AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
• COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 20-41 (j) OF
THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC
UTILITIES IN SUBDIVISIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina intends to enter into an Agreement
for providing cable television service throughout the city; and
WHEREAS, it is preferred that the installation of cable television
be coordinated into new subdivisions rather than occur after completion
of the subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (j) of Section 20-41 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
(j) Installation of public utilities, including mail
boxes and cable television trenching, conduit
pull boxes, pedestals and easements.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
