ORDINANCE NO.1571
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
22-131 RELATING TO THE INCREASE OF THE STATE
LAW MAXIMUM SPEED.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: That the subparagraph labeled Vincent
Avenue be amended to read as follows:
Vincent Avenue from Glendora Avenue to Workman
Avenue - 35 MPH.
SECTION 2: That a new subparagraph for Vincent Avenue
be added to read as follows:
Vincent Avenue from Workman Avenue to Badillo Street -
40 MPH.
SECTION 3: That City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall.cause the same to be published
as required by law.
