AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING -TO CITY PURCHASING
PROCEDURES
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows:
• SECTION 1. Section 2-330 of the West Covina Municipal Code is
hereby amended through the deletion of the following category from the list
of professional contractual services:
Physician and Surgeon .

SECTION 2. Section 2-330 of the West Covina Municipal Code is
further amended through the addition of the following categories into the
list of professional. contractual services:
Health Insurance Providers Consultants
Psychologist
Records Management
Training Consultant
Media Consultant
SECTION 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days after its adoption.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to. the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be Published in the manner required
by law.
