ORDINANCE NO. 1521
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 24,
ARTICLE II, SECTION 24-16 PERTAINING TO TREES.
IN PUBLIC PLACES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 24-16 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 24-16. - Definitions.
As used in this article, "director" shall mean
the director of the Maintenance Department of
the City or his authorized representative"
SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
