AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
• THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING
SECTIONS 2-80, 2-97, 2-112 and 2-122
OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE,
FIXTNC THE COMPENSATION OF CITY COM-
MISSIOTIERS.,
The City Council of the City of West Covina does -ordain. as
follows"
SECTION 1. Section 2-80 of the blest Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2-806 COMPENSATION
Compensation for members of the human resources commission
shall be set by resolution of the r,,.city dounc,i-l..
SECTION 2. Section 2-97 of the 1�7est Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2-97. COMPENSATION
Compensation for members of the personnel commission shall be
set by resolution of the ca_ty- co.unca•1.. - .
• SECTION 3. Section 2-112. of. -the Wbst Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2-112. COMPENSATION
Compensation for members of the planning commission shall be
set by resolution of the city counci-1
SECTION 4. Section 2-122 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2-122. COMPENSATION
Compensation for members of the recreation and park commission
shall be set by resolution of the city counci 1 .
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
