AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADDING ARTICLE VIII TO
CHAPTER 19 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
CONCERNING STREET STANDARDS.
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of West Covina
had contained therein Street Standards; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of a new Subdivision Ordinance at this
period of time does not contain Street Standards; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the orderly and useful construc-
tion of city streets to have Street Standards; and
WHEREAS, the Street Standards affect more than the construction
of new subdivisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina,
does ordain as follows:
1. The attached "Exhibit 1" is hereby adopted as
Article VIII. of Chapter 19 of the West Covina
Municipal Code, and
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance . and shall cause the same to
be pub-lished as required by law.
