AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 10702.05(b), PART VII, CHAPTER I,
• ARTICLE X RELATING TO REVERSED CORNER LOT
STREET SIDE SETBACKS IN THE SINGLE FAMILY
(R-1 and R-A) ZONES. (Amendment No. 160)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 10702.05(b) of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"b) Reversed corner lots:
Shall have the same side yard require-
ments as interior lots except the street
side setback for the entire depth of the
lot shall be no less than fifty (500)
percent of the required front yard of
the lot to the rear."
SECTION 2: The City Council finds and determines that
said amendment to the Municipal Code is a minor modification to
the City's Zoning Ordinance and is, therefore, categorically ex-
empt (Class 5) from the requirements of the California Environ-
mental Quality Act of 1970 (CEQA).
• SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as re-
quired by law.
