AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
22-22 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATING TO_ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
Section 22-22 of the West Covina Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
(d) "Any vehicle which is parked or left standing
upon a city owned or operated off-street parking
area where such area has been prohibited or
restricted for use of certain elected officials,
city employees, city vehicles -or police officers
or employees or where such parking or standing
occupies more than one vehicle stall."
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 11 th day of February,
1980.
