ORDINANCE NO. 1456
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS
9121 AND 9.132 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS.
Section 9121 (a) of the West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"9121 (a). The'' -approval or conditional approval of
a tentative subdivision map and a tentative parcel
map shall be for 18 months. Upon written applica-
tion, a maximum extension of 24 months may be
granted."
Section 9132 (2) of the West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
added to read as follows:
"9132 (2). When the subdivider is required to in-
stall improvements for the benefit of the sub-
division, the improvements may be required to
contain supplemental size, capacity or number for
the benefit of property not within the subdivision,
and such improvements shall be dedicated to the
public."
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance
and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
